Brumate products are not only beautiful, but amazing quality! Awesome selection and the ice never melts!

The vast majority of my orders, shipments and returns with Brumate have been flawless, as have been the products! Only had one hiccup this holiday season where it took almost 6 weeks for an order to arrive. I was disappointed, but, this unfortunately likely had more to do with current overwhelm of all shipping companies than a reflection on Brumate specifically. I’ll be back until I’ve convinced everyone I know that these are wonderful products!

Nothing but good things to say. I placed my first order at the end of November. It was one of the orders that experienced shopping delays. I contacted Customer service and they were on it. They were great to deal with. I got my order and they made it right!

Not only are these products AMAZING, their customer service is OUTSTANDING!! Kudos to such an amazing small business and their incredible products. There’s nothing like the trio on the market and it’s my only go to.

I got my first brü for Christmas in 2019 and it began a slippery slope into obsession. I cannot say enough good things about the product and customer service! I want one of every product, in every color. My bank account isn’t happy, but I sure am. These bad boys keep your drink cold for sooo long! They’re durable and perfect for an active lifestyle. 1000% get yourself one.

Ordered a few Brüs for Christmas presents. They were not only shipped in a timely manner, they arrived on time and packaged amazingly! Love this company!

I've been purchasing BruMate for several years for both personal use as well as for gifts.
The few times I reached out to Customer Service, the response was quick, polite, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
With all the postal delay I've been lucky shipping hasn't been an issue with any of my BruMate orders.

I have multiple types of BrüMate’s in different colors! I absolutely love them all!! I need all the colors of all the things! I’ve always had great experiences with my orders!

I have bought more then 18 items from this company. I am floored by their amazing customer service and amazing products! I will be a lifetime customer! The flutes are my favorite but love all of the products ???? thanks for being an amazing company with beautiful functional products!

I have LOVED every item I have ordered and every customer service experience has been resolved quickly! Even when I messaged the owner, Dylan Jacobs, on FB about an order that seemed to be “stuck in transit” and most likely would arrived before Christmas! He responded and promptly sent a new order that arrived in time!

I’ve ordered over 15 items ranging from slim cans, duos, twists, trios, pints, and fifths. I love every single one I’ve ordered. Shipping has been prompt and the quality of the products in better than expected. These keep my drinks cold for hours! I can honestly say I’m in love with all of my Bru- babies!!
